Job description
ClinChoice is seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveillance Scientist to join our team. This role will support the Signal Tracking Team and safety and quality systems by performing activities such as data analysis, signal identification, and validation assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform aggregate safety analysis and case level review
• Analyze data from various sources, including clinical, post-marketing, observational studies, medical literature, health authority databases, and product quality databases
• Identify and validate safety signals

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of post-marketing safety and/or epidemiology experience, with advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare discipline preferred. They will possess expert-level ability to search, analyze, interpret, and present safety, scientific, and clinical data in written format. Additionally, they will have strong English verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years of post-marketing safety and/or epidemiology experience
• Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare discipline (e.g., MD, MPH, PharmD)
• Knowledge of principles of drug safety, specifically case series analysis
• Basic understanding of industry regulations and compliance needs

Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
