Job description
We are looking to hire **3 CCTV Technicians** to join our team. Whether you are a **fresher** or have up to **1 year of experience**, this is an excellent opportunity to begin or advance your career in the security systems industry. The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various security systems, including CCTV cameras, intercom systems, fire alarms, and more.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Install and maintain **Analog & IP CCTV Cameras**.
- Set up and service **Analog & IP Intercom Systems** and **Video Door Phones**.
- Install and maintain **Fire Alarm Systems** and **Intrusion / Burglar Alarm Systems**.
- Conduct routine system checks, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure all systems function correctly.
- Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and services.
- Provide on-site support and training to customers when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures during installations and maintenance.
• *Experience Required:**
- **Fresher** or up to **1 year of relevant experience** in the security system industry.
- A strong interest in security technology and systems.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
• *Required Qualifications:**
- **10th Grade, 12th Grade, Diploma, ITI**, or any relevant **degree**.
- Knowledge of security systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of **Analog & IP CCTV systems**, **Intercoms**, **Fire Alarms**, and **Intrusion Systems** is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo training and development programs.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and methods.
