• Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

- Provide information and advice on travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and other travel-related services.

- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel arrangements.

- Coordinate travel itineraries and ensure all details are accurately documented and communicated to clients.

- Handle travel issues, such as changes in itineraries, cancellations, or emergencies, and provide appropriate solutions.

- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination information, and travel restrictions.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and company goals.

- Maintain accurate client records and manage travel documentation.

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.

- Familiarity with booking systems and travel software (e.g., GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Customer-oriented mind-set with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Certification in travel or tourism (preferred).
