Key Responsibilities:

Consultation and Planning:
• Meet with clients to discuss their travel preferences, budgets, and needs.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel packages, and itineraries.
• Suggest travel options like flights, accommodation, tours, transportation, and activities.

Booking and Reservations:
• Research and book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
• Make necessary arrangements for visas, travel insurance, and other documents.
• Assist in creating customized itineraries based on the client's requirements.

Providing Travel Advice:
• Offer information on the best time to travel, cultural considerations, and safety tips.
• Keep clients informed about travel restrictions, health regulations, and vaccination requirements.

Customer Service:
• Address client concerns and issues during the planning phase and throughout the trip.
• Provide ongoing support for any travel changes, cancellations, or emergencies.

Up-to-Date Knowledge:
• Stay informed about current travel trends, popular destinations, and global regulations.
• Understand the latest travel technologies, tools, and booking systems.

Sales and Promotions:
• Promote special offers, discounted travel packages, and exclusive deals.
• Meet sales targets by providing exceptional service and upselling additional services or upgrades.

Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and transactions.
• Handle payments and invoices, ensuring the smooth processing of bookings.
Skills and Qualifications:

Industry Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of international travel, destinations, airlines, and global travel regulations.

Customer Service:

Sales Abilities:
• Persuasive skills for upselling products and services while maintaining client satisfaction.

Language Skills:
