**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Sales Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for creating personalized travel itineraries, managing bookings, and providing top-notch customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in finding travel packages that meet their needs by providing expert advice on domestic and international destinations, tours, and accommodations.
- Manage bookings for air, rail, lodging, tours, and activities, ensuring all client needs and preferences are met.
- Stay current with travel trends, destination knowledge, and promotional offerings through regular research and training.
- Handle customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our client base through exceptional customer service and referrals.
• *Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Travel Agent with knowledge of domestic and international travel planning.
- Strong sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations patiently and professionally.
- Familiarity with booking software and travel platforms.
- High school diploma required; additional certification in Travel and Tourism is a plus.
