Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Residential Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our residential apartment projects. This leadership role requires a proactive professional with extensive experience in residential construction, specifically in high-end apartment projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of managing construction teams, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all construction activities for high-end residential apartment projects from start to completion.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project requirements and maintain smooth workflows.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Resolve any construction-related issues that may arise, coordinating solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage construction teams and subcontractors, including performance evaluation, task delegation, and mentorship.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
• Report progress, delays, and project outcomes to senior management and provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in residential apartment construction, with a strong focus on high-quality residential projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale residential construction projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and construction technology.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and construction best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
