Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Tourism Project Lead to manage and oversee our wellness-focused tourism projects for Korean visitors. The ideal candidate is a professional, who is driven, patient, and an effective individual contributor. This role requires a proactive approach to managing all aspects of wellness tourism projects, from planning to execution, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for our Korean clients. The role will involve monthly travel within India to ensure the smooth execution and coordination of wellness-focused tours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage wellness tourism projects aimed at bringing Korean tourists to India.
• Collaborate with wellness centers, spas, retreats, and other service providers to curate and organize wellness-focused tours, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Liaise with Korean counterparts to understand customer preferences and requirements, providing tailored travel solutions.
• Negotiate with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to secure the best terms and rates for services.
• Coordinate logistics, including accommodation, activities, transportation, and guided tours, ensuring smooth operations.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle with patience and professionalism.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, including client feedback and areas for improvement.
• Travel monthly within India to oversee and ensure the quality and success of the tourism projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Proficiency in Korean is highly preferred. Knowledge of any Indian regional language is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the tourism or wellness industry.
• Education: A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Wellness, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
