About Us : Raksha Realty is a dynamic and innovative real estate firm dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team to market and sell residential projects in coimbatore.
Responsibilities:
•	Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads for real estate projects.
•	Team Coordination: Collaborate with the telesales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead engagement and follow-up.
•	Client Engagement: Coordinate site visits with clients, engage them throughout the process, and deliver detailed property presentations.
•	Sales Negotiations: Address client objections and negotiate terms to close deals.
•	Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales visits, site visits, and weekly/monthly performance.
•	Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
•	Client Support: Assist clients with documentation for property registration and home loan processes.
•	Broker Network: Onboard professional brokers and real estate consultants to expand the sales network.
•	Marketing Execution: Plan and execute marketing activities across online, offline, and field channels to generate leads.
Requirements:
•	Strong sales and negotiation skills
•	Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•	Proven track record in real estate sales
•	In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and practices
•	Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•	A positive and results-oriented mindset
