Experience: 1-7 Years
Shift: Day / Night
Week Off: Saturday and Sunday
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
• Perform valuation and appraisal services for commercial and residential real estate properties for the US markets.
• Perform research using industry acknowledged databases and tools used across US/Europe markets.
• Track and monitor real estate market performance on an ongoing basis.
• Assist the programming team in testing real estate products developed in-house.
• Tracking and reporting work status to Team manager on a regular basis (daily / weekly)
• Train and mentor junior staff members (applicable for Senior Analyst)
• Review work performed by junior staff members before delivered to the team manager (applicable for Senior Analyst)
• Talk to the Clients on a regular basis to provide status updates / discuss issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
