About Us: Raksha Realty is a dynamic and innovative real estate firm dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
•	Market Research: Conduct in-depth desk research to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify potential opportunities.
•	Sales Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule site visits and support marketing efforts for lead generation campaigns.
•	Lead Tracking and Qualification: Monitor lead flow from all sources, qualify leads based on project-specific criteria, and conduct initial sales pitches over the phone.
•	Lead Nurturing: Engage qualified leads through effective follow-up to convert them into site visits.
•	Site Visit Scheduling: Coordinate site visits for prospective clients and connect them with the field sales team for on-site support.
•	Performance Tracking: Track weekly site visit activities, prepare lead feedback reports, campaign summaries, and site visit achievements.
•	Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients through various channels, including oral, email, and WhatsApp.
•	Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and relevant software systems.
•	Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate effectively with the marketing, sales, and vendor teams to ensure smooth operations.
•	Client Tracking: Monitor client engagement pre and post site visits.
Requirements:
•	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•	Strong organizational and time management abilities
•	Proven track record in telesales or a related field
•	Knowledge of real estate concepts and terminology
•	Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•	A positive and enthusiastic attitude
