Key Responsibilities:
•	Generate leads and convert them into sales.
•	Present and promote residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
•	Assist clients in property selection and provide excellent customer service.
•	Maintain and update customer databases.
•	Meet and exceed sales targets.
•	Participate in sales events and exhibitions.
Qualifications:
•	Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Business or Marketing preferably.
•	2+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
•	Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•	Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Skills:
•	Knowledge of the Coimbatore real estate market.
•	Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
•	Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•	Customer-focused with a strong sales drive.
