Looking for Property - Sales Manager (Gated Community Villas) in the field of Real Estate with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience (Real Estate only)
Requirements:
1. Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Willingness to travel as required.
Resposibilty includs,
•	Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
•	Lead Generation and Sales Closure
•	Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.

•	Strong communication skills
•	Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
•	Analyzing sales data
•	Presentation skills
•	Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
•	Conduct regular sales meetings and training to motivate and educate the sales team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
