Role & Responsibilities: Sales Manager
•	Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets in residential and commercial properties.
•	Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to attract potential buyers.
•	Build strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the buying process.
•	Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and assess competitive trends.
•	Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure proper listing of properties and advertising.
•	Oversee negotiations, close deals, and manage the sales contract process.
•	Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies in all sales transactions.
•	Provide regular sales reports to management and recommend improvements in sales processes.
•	Train and mentor sales staff to enhance skills and improve performance.
•	Maintain a strong network of real estate agents, brokers, and property developers.
