Full job description
Responsibilities:
•	Generate Leads
•	Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
•	Research and identify potential clients and properties to target.
•	Build Relationships:
•	Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
•	Provide personalized service and guidance throughout the buying and selling process.
•	Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice and guidance on real estate transactions.
•	Conduct Property Tours:
•	Schedule and conduct property tours for clients.
•	Highlight the features and benefits of properties to prospective buyers.
•	Negotiate Deals:
•	Negotiate sales contracts and terms on behalf of clients.
•	Work closely with clients to ensure their interests are represented and protected during negotiations.
•	Close Deals:
•	Facilitate the closing process, including coordinating inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps.
•	Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
•	Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
•	Continuously update knowledge of local real estate market conditions.
•	Meet Sales Targets
•	Set and achieve sales targets and goals as outlined by management.
•	Track sales activity and performance metrics to measure progress towards goals.
Requirements:
•	Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
•	Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•	Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•	Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•	Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
•	Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
•	Real estate license (required).
