Full job description
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Provide information about Mount Housing projects and services.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to address customer needs.
Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution.
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at various levels and of all departments concerned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field, with preference for Business, Marketing, or Communication.
2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
Skills:
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
