• Always Customer Focused with good Analytical Skills
• Should be a Go Getter and Target Oriented • and Strong experience in direct sales in real estate industry
• Experience in generating new leads through various sales/marketing techniques/BTL etc..
• Ability to generate and convert the leads to sales.
• Should have strong experience in sales closure.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Updating all necessary information in the ERP as per policies
• Record maintenance
• Delivering reports to the Management
• Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances
• Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills.
Qualificaiton
Any Drgree
Experience
3+ years experience in Real Estate Industry
1 Year experienced in Insurance, Bank loans, DSA Industries can also apply.
