Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
•	Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, clear communication, and trust regarding payment schedules.
•	Oversee and follow up on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections in alignment with project timelines.
•	Monitor pending payments and collaborate with customers to settle dues promptly.
•	Liaise with customers and other teams to manage payments and address any discrepancies.
•	Send reminders for upcoming due dates and follow up on overdue payments.
•	Maintain accurate records of customer payments, collections status, and overdue payments.
•	Address and resolve customer disputes related to invoices, payments, or financial issues in a timely and professional manner.
•	Work closely with sales, finance, and other teams to streamline the collections process and address any internal challenges that could delay payments.
Required Skills & Experience:
•	3-5 years of experience in CRM & collections, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
•	Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tamil.
Excellent negotiation skills to resolve payment issues while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
