Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing and Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of product quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Production Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production processes to ensure timely completion of products.
• Quality Control: Monitor production quality to meet company standards; implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices for efficiency and productivity.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train production staff; ensure effective communication and teamwork within the department.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods; coordinate with procurement for timely supplies.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies; conduct regular safety training for staff.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, challenges, and achievements to management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
