Full job description
Celex Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking dedicated and skilled Embossing Station Staff to join our existing team responsible for the manufacturing of High Security Registration Plates (HSRP). The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing of HSRP Number Plates:
1. Operate embossing machines to produce HSRP number plates according to specifications.
2. Ensure that all plates meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Quality Control (QC):
1. Conduct regular inspections of the embossed plates to ensure compliance with quality standards.
2. Identify and report any defects or issues in the production process.
3. Maintain accurate records of quality checks and inspections.
Lot Preparation:
1. Prepare batches of plates for packaging and dispatch.
2. Organize and label lots according to internal procedures and customer requirements.
Packaging:
1. Package finished products securely to prevent damage during transit.
2. Ensure that all packaging materials meet company standards for safety and presentation.
Maintenance and Cleanliness:
1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the embossing station and surrounding areas.
2. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions.
Team Collaboration:
1. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets.
2.Participate in training and development sessions as required.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing processes is a plus.
2. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the automotive or metalworking industry.
3. Basic understanding of quality control processes and standards.
4. Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
6. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
