Full job description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision components. You will ensure parts are produced to exact specifications and meet high-quality standards, while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts as per specifications.
• Set up machines, install tools, and adjust settings to achieve the desired output.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments for quality and precision.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality assurance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Qualifications:
• ITI / Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in CNC machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Proficient in using CNC machinery and tools (Fanuc etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with CNC programming or G-code modification is a plus.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement processes.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
