Job Title: Lathe Machine Operator - Pumps and Motor Division
Location: Oraikalpalaym - Kunnathur Pudur ( Annur Via ) - - 7373 076 737
We are currently seeking a skilled Lathe Machine Operator to join our Pumps and Motor Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and maintaining lathe machines, with an emphasis on precision, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate lathe machines to perform various machining operations such as turning, boring, threading, facing, knurling, drilling or tapping of parts for pumps and motors.
2. Interpret engineering drawings, to determine the sequence of operations required for the final product.
3. Monitor machine operations to detect any problems; make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth production flow.
4. Inspect machined parts to verify conformance with specifications using precision measuring instruments such as micrometres, calipers, gauges etc.
5. Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions calling for repairs when needed.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a lathe machine operator in a manufacturing environment related to pumps or motors.
2. Proficient in reading engineering drawings with good understanding of machining principles.
3. Ability to use various precision measuring tools (micrometres, calipers etc.) effectively.
4. Knowledge of different materials used in the manufacturing process such as metal alloys is preferred
5.Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
