Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecaststo support the financial sustainability of the company.
2. Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and financial modeling, to support business decisions.
3. Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks,such as credit, market, and liquidity risks.
4. Management Reporting: Provide senior management with regular financial reports, including KPIs and other key financial metrics.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with externalstakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
Required Experience & Skills:
1. 1-3 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or financial analysis, with strong financial and analytical skills.
2. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
3. Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
4. Experience working with startups or venture capital-backed companiesis highly preferred.
5. A qualified CA or an MBA in Finance is required, with relevant work experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
