Full job description
Job Title: Branch Credit Manager
Reporting To: Head – Credit
General Job Responsibility:
•	Managing Credit and Operations for Home Loans at Corporate office level
•	Credit appraisal as per policies, procedures, and credit underwriting guideline.
•	Maintenance of TAT, Compliance, policies and procedures.
Principal Accountabilities
Strategic
•	Quality check on Credit Process and underwriting standard alien with credit policy of AHAM before sanction of every proposal.
•	Recommendation to NCM for approval after evaluate, entire proposal with Score card
•	Maintain TAT of Underwriting – Within 5 to 7 days from Login date
•	Interact with Legal, Technical and RCU vendors for TAT
•	Checking all disbursement as per Disbursement checklist
•	Cersai Search for all Disbursement & Charge creation after disbursement
•	Follow-up with Branches for sending Credit and OTD files to HO in time
•	Validate all Credit and OTDs of all disbursed files.
•	Hand over OTDs to RCU team for Storage
•	Sending Credit files to Storage
Tactical
•	Training to business team (new and Existing emp) about product, policy, process and Score card
•	Follow-up Post Disbursal documents with Branches
•	Life and Building insurance Policy status for all disbursed proposals
•	Bounce Analysis
•	Handling Internal and External Audit
Supervisory
•	Ensuring the Quality of Underwriting and Operation process are in High Standard – No Major Audit findings
•	Supervising/ Guiding Branch credit Managers - identity mistakes and correct it at real time manner – Maintain FTR % @ 95%
•	Suggestions and execution for Policy and process changes
Person Profile
Educational Qualification : Graduates/Post Graduates/ MBA
Experience : 3 to 5 yrs. experience in Credit Operations and Credit underwriting.
Preference will be given to Banking & HFC/NBFC industry candidates
