Full job description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding payments from customers, ensuring timely recovery while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments, negotiate repayment plans, and resolve any payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including calls made, payments received, and agreements made.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on collection progress, account status, and other relevant metrics.
• Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and credit risk, to address any issues related to collections and improve overall processes.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any vertical
• Knowledge of collection techniques and debt recovery procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
