Roles:
• Refill ATMs with cash and monitor cash levels to avoid shortages or excess.
• Address and assist customers with any issues related to ATM use, such as card retrieval or transaction errors.
• Maintain accurate logs of ATM usage, cash levels, and service reports.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors such as cash-in-transit service providers like securities for timely and secure cash refilling.
