Job description
- Manage Checkin/Checkout using Hotel Management System Software
- Be courteous to the guests and ensure their satisfaction. Responsible for handling guest complaints/issues
- Coordinate room cleaning and maintenance, by interfacing with the housekeeping manager and room boys.
- Sole responsibility of the cash register during shift. Responsible for cash
- Should be willing to perform the role of restaurant/bar cashier when the staff is on leave- Help the Hotel manager maintain stock of Linen and other consumables
- Help the Hotel manager/accountant manage bills and payments
- Shift timings 11 AM to 4 PM and 7PM to 12:30 AM (midnight) after night audit, with breaks in between.
- Complimentary Food/Tea/Coffee etc. will be provided
- Complimentary stay (shared accommodation) will be provided
- Salary will vary depending on the experience level of the candidate
- Yearly bonus approx 1 month salary provided in November/December of each year (Minimum 1 year experience required for bonus eligibility)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
