Leadership & Supervision:
• Lead and manage the service department team, including service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance and skills.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints. Develop and implement strategies to improve service processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow management, and inventory control. Monitor and manage service department budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Ensure that all repairs and services are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze service department reports, including performance metrics, customer feedback, and financial reports. Manage warranty claims and ensure proper documentation and processing.
Qualifications:
•	Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
•	Strong technical knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance.
•	Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•	Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•	Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•	High School diploma or equivalent; an automotive-related degree or certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
•	Experience with [specific automobile brands or models] is advantageous.
•	Certification from recognized automotive institutions (e.g., ASE) is preferred.
