Electrical Maintenance Engineer Job Description:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in our automobile manufacturing facility. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our production processes
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and address potential issues. Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of machinery and conveyor.
Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
Perform repairs promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.
Calibrate machinery to maintain precision and accuracy in production processes.
Ensure that all equipment meets quality and safety standards.
Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment. Identify critical spare parts and manage stock levels.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventive measures. Generate reports on equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and downtime analysis.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules. Provide technical support to production teams to enhance overall efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations during maintenance activities.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures.
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
Ø Graduate Electrical Engineer with C License Holder. `
Ø Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in an automobile manufacturing environment.
Ø In-depth knowledge of automotive machinery, production processes, and maintenance best practices.
Ø Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ø Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
Ø Excellent organizational and communication skills
