Our team of dispatchers and customer service representatives are trustworthy and customer-oriented, providing services in drayage, dry/reefer delivery, warehousing, and repair shop operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Supply Chain Supervisor (drayage op-s) at Long Road Transportation LLC, with emphasis on team management and talent sourcing. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the quality of day-to-day operations of the team, implement and maintain KPI system for dispatch, sales and data entry departments, handle communication and staff related issues, in coordination with dep-t managers. The Supervisor will be responsible to ensure and top-notch performance of each team member and their respective manager, constantly seek optimization of the structure and be able to source urgent replacement for vacated/underperforming positions.

Qualifications
• Experience in US drayage operations is prioritized;
• Understanding of US logistics market, 6 years of experience;
• Experience in team building and leading role, successful implementation of KPIs;
• Must be adaptable and be a quick study;
• Ability to cultivate environment of professionalism and work ethics;
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• English C2
