Job Description:
Progcat is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Support Personnel & Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in using our Transportation Management System (TMS) software, Proload, and provide training to maximize their use of the platform. Strong communication skills in both Punjabi and English are essential for this role. The working hours will align with Canadian time zones.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Provide support to clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve TMS-related inquiries and technical issues.
- Assist clients in setting up and using the TMS software, troubleshooting problems, and guiding them through features like order management, dispatching, and invoicing.
- Document client interactions and issues, maintaining accurate records in the support system.
- Collaborate with the development team to report bugs, suggest software improvements, and ensure the resolution of client issues.
- Follow up with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and issue resolution.
Training:
- Conduct training sessions (individual and group) for new and existing users, educating them on the software's functionalities and best practices.
- Develop training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs, to facilitate a better understanding of the TMS software.
- Customize training sessions based on the client's specific needs and user roles.
- Provide refresher training and updates on new software features and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Punjabi and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Ability to work as per Canadian time zones (e.g., EST, CST, PST).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Previous experience in customer support, training, or technical support roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with TMS software or the trucking industry is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access.
