We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day logistics operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate truck arrangements, manage traffic schedules, and prepare necessary documentation. Fluency in Hindi(Verbal), Tamil, and English is essential for effective communication with customers and drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve customer inquiries via calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate and arrange trucks for deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
• Monitor traffic conditions to optimize delivery schedules and routes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipments, including invoices and delivery notes.
• Liaise with drivers to provide instructions and resolve issues during transit.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi(verbal ).
• Previous experience in logistics or transportation coordination is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and ERP
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
