We are hiring Delivery Executive is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process in a healthcare setting. This role involves communicating with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely collection of payments and resolve outstanding balances.
Key Responsibilities:
• Account Management: Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring all outstanding balances are addressed promptly.
• Patient Communication: Contact patients via phone, email, or in-person to discuss outstanding balances, payment plans, and financial assistance options.
• Insurance Follow-Up: Liaise with insurance companies to verify claims, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on unpaid claims.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to collections, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on collections performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with billing and coding departments to ensure accurate claims submissions and resolve billing issues.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts and payment options.
