As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Logistics Executive to join our team and play a vital role in our machine dispatch operations.
Job Description:
The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics for the dispatch of Cleantek’s industrial machines and equipment to clients across India and abroad. This role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate dispatch, managing transportation logistics, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, a background in logistics, and proficiency in Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee the entire dispatch process for industrial machines and equipment, ensuring on-time and safe delivery to clients.
• Coordinate with the production, assembly, and delivery departments to manage inventory and dispatch schedules.
• Arrange and manage transport logistics, including negotiating rates with transport companies and ensuring timely pick-up and delivery.
• Prepare all required documentation for dispatch, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents.
• Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery timelines.
• Handle any issues or delays in delivery, providing prompt solutions and managing client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards throughout the dispatch process.
• Maintain a record of all dispatches and transportation expenses for reporting and review.
