Position Overview :

Are you a skilled Tech Lead with a passion for optimizing digital workflows in the online course and e-commerce space? We’re looking for a Tech Lead to drive seamless integrations across CRM, course platforms, and e-commerce systems.

In this role, you’ll create a unified experience for customers and internal teams by connecting tools, centralizing data, and enhancing reporting capabilities.

You’ll also ensure that product catalogs, sales funnels, and online course delivery run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities :
• Workflow Integration & Automation : Manage integrations across CRM, marketing, and course tools, using Zapier and N8N to automate workflows and ensure a cohesive client journey from lead generation to course access.
• Reporting Data : Consolidate data from multiple apps for streamlined reporting and data-driven insights.
• e-Commerce Platform Support : Oversee e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and Amazon Marketplace , ensuring accurate product catalog updates, inventory management, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Sales Funnel Management : Optimize the client journey using ClickFunnels and ActiveCampaign for streamlined sales funnels and marketing automation.
• Course & Webinar Integration : Maintain course delivery and webinar tools (e.g., Thinkific , Skool , Zoom ), ensuring a seamless user experience and technical reliability.
• Website & Landing Page Maintenance : Update and manage website platforms like Wix , ensuring functionality and design are optimized for user engagement and conversions.
• Technical Troubleshooting : Act as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues across e-commerce, course, and integration platforms.
• Project Management : Coordinate and oversee integration projects across CRM, e-commerce, and course platforms, managing timelines and documentation through ClickUp and Notion for streamlined execution.
• Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify and implement improvements across systems to enhance efficiency, user experience, and data accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications :
• Technical Integration Expertise : 2+ years of experience in app integrations, specifically with tools like Zapier , Pabbly , and N8N .
• Experience with CRM & Marketing Tools : Proficient in Hubspot , ActiveCampaign , and Close for client communication and automated workflows.
• E-commerce Platform Knowledge : Skilled in managing Shopify and Amazon Marketplace catalogs, including product updates, inventory control, and SEO optimization.
• Course & Webinar Platform Knowledge : Familiar with Thinkific , Skool , Zoom , and Wistia for course and webinar management.
• Data Analytics and Reporting : Strong proficiency in Google Analytics for reporting and performance analysis.
• Web & Landing Page Management : Basic knowledge of Webflow or similar platforms for managing and optimizing content.
• Attention to Detail & Continuous Improvement : Highly organized with a focus on streamlining workflows, implementing best practices, and improving data accuracy.
