Job description
Job Title: E-commerce Manager

Job Summary:

The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our e-commerce operations for 'the nesavu' brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales and revenue, managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce portal in Shopify, and coordinating sales efforts across multiple marketplaces like Etsy, Myntra, Nestry, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and revenue for the 'the nesavu' brand
• Manage and maintain the e-commerce portal in Shopify, including product uploads, inventory management, order processing, and customer service
• Coordinate sales efforts across multiple marketplaces like Etsy, Myntra, Nestry, etc.
• Work with the marketing team to create and execute online campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives to drive sales
• Analyze e-commerce sales data and develop reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Continually evaluate and improve the online shopping experience for customers, including website design, functionality, and user experience
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including payment processors, shipping partners, and customer service providers
• Monitor and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the 'the nesavu' brand remains competitive and innovative in the e-commerce space

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in managing e-commerce operations and driving online sales
• Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of online marketing and advertising strategies, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, to track and analyze e-commerce sales data
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for e-commerce and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
