Job description
Job purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Hybris Developer to join our team on a permanent basis. This remote position is open to candidates across India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP Hybris and a proven track record of leading successful e-commerce implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of Hybris architecture and functionality to deliver robust solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, development, and implementation of SAP Hybris solutions.
• Should have a strong domain experience in B2B/ B2C commerce.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Oversee and guide the development team through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the quality and performance of the Hybris solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP Hybris.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP Hybris trends, updates, and best practices.
• Experience working on Hybris architecture/ headless architectures, B2C, B2B solution design and custom data models.
• Knowledge on Microservices framework ,B2B, B2C Accelerators, Hybris Workflow, catalog and order management, promotions, vouchers.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Hybris.
• Proven experience in leading full-cycle SAP Hybris implementations.
• Strong understanding of Hybris architecture, including its modules and extensions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• SAP Hybris certification is a plus.
