Role Brief

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager (Front-End) to join our team . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering customer insights, proposing

product improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the success of

product lineup.

You’ll be required to -

- Lead the development and enhancement of front-end product offerings to drive

user engagement and satisfaction.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with business

goals and user needs.

- Drive product innovation and continuous improvement through data-driven insights and

customer feedback.

- Ensure seamless user experiences and interface designs that are intuitive, visually

appealing, and responsive.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in front-end

development to drive product excellence.

- Champion user-centric design principles and contribute to a culture of creativity,

collaboration, and innovation within the product team.

You Are The Right Fit, If You Have -

- 4.5 years of experience in front-end product management, preferably in an E-commerce or

tech startup environment .

- Strong understanding of front-end development technologies, UX/UI principles, and design

best practices.

- Proven track record of driving product innovation, delivering user-centric solutions, and

improving user experiences.

- Experience in gathering and analyzing user feedback, conducting market research, and

translating insights into actionable product strategies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with

cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product development processes, and project

management tools.

- Passion for staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in

front-end development and design.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive attitude toward achieving

product goals and objectives.

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
