Job description
roject Planning and Management :
• Ensure proper project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Client Collaboration :
• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate these into system requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication on project status, timelines, and deliverables throughout all phases of project delivery.
• Engage with end-users to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and provide necessary support and guidance.

Technical Coordination :
• Coordinate with technical teams to translate business requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business needs, identify solutions, and recommend best practices.

Stakeholder Communication :
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting any risks or issues and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions.

Training and Documentation :

Develop user guides, coordinate, and deliver training or workshops for both internal and external stakeholders.

Change Management :

Facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies by addressing resistance and ensuring effective change management and user engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills :
• Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (B.Tech, M.Com, CA, MBA, or equivalent).
• Experience : Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Teamwork : Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage client relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Certifications : PMP, Prince2, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Multi-tasking : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Project Management : Experience managing at least 1-3 full-cycle projects as a project manager.
