Overview
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital and Social Media Marketing
Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital and social
media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business
growth. The candidate should have a proven track record of successful digital
marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing
strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer
acquisition.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and
target audience behavior.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing
technologies.
Social Media Management
Create, curate, and manage all published content across various social
media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
Engage with the online community and respond to comments,
messages, and inquiries promptly.
Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize
strategies for better reach and engagement.
Content Creation
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and shareable
content for social media platforms.
Develop and execute content calendars to ensure a consistent and
relevant online presence.
Paid Advertising
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms
such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports
and insights for continuous improvement.
SEO Optimization
Work closely with the SEO team to implement on-page and off-page
SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Monitor and analyze website tra c and user behavior using Google
Analytics.
Analytics And Reporting
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to
measure the success of digital and social media campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve overall
campaign performance.
Quali Cations
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related eld.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital and social media marketing.
Pro cient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing
campaigns.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
Certifications in digital marketing or related elds.
