Job Title: Content Strategy - Junior Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of content initiatives across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content strategy with a focus on the construction equipment manufacturing industry. You will collaborate with various teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through impactful content that resonates with our target audience.

Job responsibilities:
• Ensuring engaging content which can be a base for designing and powerful communication.
• Developing and overseeing content strategy for each campaign as well as for monthly marketing requirements.
• Content writing that is relevant for the industry and aligns with the target audience.
• Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and market trends within the construction equipment industry.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: 6+ years in content strategy, content writing, artical publishing, Blog publishing, with a focus on B2B industries such as construction equipment manufacturing or related sectors.
• Education: Master degree preferred
• Languages known: Proficient in English communication, Hindi is added advantage
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction equipment industry, manufacturing industry and market dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in managing multimedia content development, blog posting and artical publishing.
• Knowledge of construction equipment products.
