Job description
You’ll be our: Associate Media Manager

You’ll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru

You’ll be aligned with: Online Media Manager

You’ll be joining our: Marketing team

What you’ll do at Ather
• Develop integrated media plans with agency teams primarily on digital channels.
• Build and execute plans to lower CAC through Hyperlocal and Performance Marketing.
• Ensure timely deployment and target delivery of live campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance to arrive at actionable learnings & maximize business impact.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to scale business contributions of owned media.

Here’s what we’re looking for
• Strong understanding of media planning and marketing fundamentals.
• Hands on experience with planning, buying and deployment of full funnel campaigns on biddable media, affiliates & direct publishers.
• Deep understanding of digital media measurement and tracking tools & methodologies (Ad servers, Google Analytics, App Analytics).
• Functional understanding of SEO/SEM/GMB best practices.

Qualification/Experience
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing/Media.
• 2 to 4 years of media planning experience at a network media agency on B2C brands or experience of working with new age brands driving business results.
• Experience working on automotive brands & new age brands/growing categories is a plus.
