We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Lead to drive our marketing strategies and generate high-quality leads for our B2B services.
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead who can develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a strong focus on lead generation through various channels. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of B2B customer search behaviours and be skilled in optimizing campaigns for an excellent return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and optimize a data-driven digital marketing strategy aimed at lead generation for B2B customers.
• Identify key customer segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and other digital channels.
• Manage SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, and social media advertising to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Analyze customer search mechanisms and behaviour to continuously improve strategies.
• Use marketing automation tools to nurture and convert leads.
• Develop content marketing strategies, including blogs, case studies, and whitepapers, that appeal to B2B audiences.
• Track and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on analytics and ROI optimization.
• Ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
