Job description
As a Social Media Executive at HealthSy, your duties and responsibilities would be:
1.Social Media Strategy Development:
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Identifying target audiences and determining the most effective platforms and content types to reach them.
• Setting clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts.
2.Content Creation and Curation:
• Creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
• Curating content from other sources to share with the audience, ensuring it aligns with the organization's messaging and values.
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and product development, to gather content and insights for social media posts.
3.Community Management:
• Monitoring social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and responding promptly and appropriately.
• Engaging with the audience by liking, sharing, and commenting on user-generated content.
• Building and nurturing relationships with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders to foster a sense of community around the brand.
4.Social Media Advertising:
• Planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Conducting audience research and segmentation to target ads effectively and maximize ROI.
• Monitoring ad performance and optimizing campaigns based on key metrics and insights.
5.Analytics and Reporting:
• Using social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Generating regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future strategies and tactics.
6.Stay Updated on Social Media Trends:
• Keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in social media marketing, including platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
• Experimenting with new features and strategies to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge.
7.Brand Reputation Management:
• Monitoring online conversations and sentiment about the brand and responding to any negative feedback or criticism in a proactive and constructive manner.
• Implementing strategies to enhance brand reputation and build trust with the audience.
8.Collaboration and Cross-functional Support:
• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency across all communication channels.
• Providing support and guidance to colleagues on social media best practices and protocols.
9.Adherence to Policies and Guidelines:
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies governing social media use and content creation.
