Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Cost Controller to support our cost management team in the Food Manufacturing sector. The primary responsibility will be accurate data entry from various departments into the ERP system, ensuring data is up-to-date for cost analysis. The role requires close collaboration with the Senior Cost Controller to streamline cost reporting and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Entry & Management : Data analysis, Verifying the entries of Purchase, transfers and Production in ERP on a regular basis.
- Data Verification : Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all cost-related data. Verifying the GRN entries with invoices, ERP Stock in hand vs Physical stock verification.
- Support Cost Analysis : Assist the Senior Cost Controller in preparing data for cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Inventory Management : Track raw material and product costs, helping to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Cost Monitoring : Help monitor variances in costs and report discrepancies to the senior team.
- Reporting : Generate regular reports on cost metrics for review by the senior management team.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the production, procurement, and finance teams to gather accurate cost data.

Requirements:

- Experience : 2+ years in a similar role, preferably in a plant or manufacturing unit within the Food Industry.
- Skills : Proficient in ERP systems, strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and basic cost accounting knowledge.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and cost structures.
