Role Description
This hybrid role for a Food Technologist at Zenithzap Beverages Pvt Ltd requires candidates to leverage their food science expertise to support research and development (R&D) projects. The key responsibilities include:
Driving R&D Initiatives: Collaborating on new product development, refining existing formulas, and solving technical challenges to enhance product performance.
Conducting Sensory Evaluations: Analyzing the taste, texture, and overall quality of beverage products to ensure high consumer satisfaction.
Utilizing Food Technology Expertise: Applying knowledge in food processing, ingredient functionality, and formulation to develop innovative sports beverages.
Laboratory Skills & Quality Control: Performing advanced product testing, quality assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Note: That candidates must have access to their own laboratory facilities for conducting experiments, as the company does not provide in-house lab resources.
Qualifications
• Sensory Evaluation, Food Technology, and Laboratory Skills
• Experience in Quality Control and Research and Development (R&D)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Master's degree or Phd in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• Knowledge of food regulations and safety standards
