Area Sales Manager - HoReCa

Role & responsibilities
•	Appointment of HORECA Distributors , Direct Dealers and Institutions in assigned territory
•	Manage distributors in terms of stock management, trade schemes and key account management.
Delivering business results through sales team and Distributor infrastructure: Distributor Return on Investments,
Coverage, Distributor Stock Management, Credit in market etc.
•	Prepare the annual business plan at account level in terms of volumes, growth and distributor investment
•	Develop account specific strategy by analyzing sales data at SKU/channel/depth/competition
Monitoring sales volumes, discount budget spends and maintain profitable customer relationship for volume achievement.
Sales Planning
•	Sales plan for existing business / products based on Dealer-wise market assessment.
•	Monitor Sales officer-wise, Dealer-wise sales performance, weekly/monthly basis.
•	Recommend and implement approved Trade Schemes.
Indenting:
•	Analyze storage agreements vis-a-vis sales and recommend correct requirements.
•	Indent as per norms.
Competitor Activities:
•	Keeping a close watch on competitors' activities.
•	Review need for additional Dealer as per need in the depot territory.
•	Review performance of existing Dealers.
•	Developing 'Direct selling' to important and strategic outlets
Accounts and Commercial:
•	Ensure all Account records are made/ kept properly and sent in time.
•	Preparation of Revenue and capital budget and review of expenses every month
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Any UG With MBA
Experience : 5 to 7 Years of experience in FMCG- Foods & Beverages/ Edible Oil industry
Relevant Experience : Min 2 years in handling HoReCa segment
Exposure of working in general trade and modern trade network
Exposure of team handling
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office
