Full job description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and general HR administration. The position requires a proactive approach to managing employee engagement, organizational culture, and supporting daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Staffing: Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with department heads for further rounds.
• Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
• Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, ensuring a positive work environment and assisting with conflict resolution when required.
• Training & Development: Help in organizing training programs and performance reviews, ensuring continuous employee growth.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and assist in preparing HR-related reports and documents.
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or related fields.
• Good understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (preferable) and English.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• A degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
