Full job description
HR RECRUITER
• Should have knowledge about Job portals and different recruitment methods.
• Should Have tie-ups and contacts with consultancies.
• Ability to understand the needs of the organisation and develop new plans.
• Able to think out of the box, and work apart from the traditional Recruitment process.
• Willing to create contacts.
• He/she should travel at times to company branches or rural areas to conduct recruitment drives.
• Capable to build connections and network.
• Flexible to adapt to new methods of recruitment as suggested by the Company .
• All the vacancies must be filled within the mentioned time.
• Company criteria must be strictly followed while recruiting. Coordinate with ESI process.
• End to End process of Recruitment must be handled.
• Shortlisting, and arranging interviews with concerned department heads, collecting feedback, document verification, background Verification-Pushing the complete file to HRM to release the offer.
• Once the offer is released follow up till DOJ, guiding in the onboarding process.
• Prepare the manpower plan for assigned branches and roles.
