Full job description
We are looking for a HR Coordinator with 1 to 2 years of experience in the manufacturing, factory, or warehouse domain. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and ensure compliance with HR policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
• Support payroll processing (attendance, overtime, leave data).
• Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Help organize training and safety programs for employees.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Key Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in HR within manufacturing or similar sectors.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Proficiency in Hindi is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
