Roles and Responsibilities of an HR Recruiter:
1. Coordinating with Departments: Work closely with school coordinator to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
2. Job Posting: Develop and post job advertisements for teaching and non-teaching positions on various platforms (school website, job boards, social media).
3. Sourcing Candidates: Use multiple sourcing methods to attract potential candidates, including networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
4. Screening Resumes: Review and shortlist right candidates.
5. Conducting Interviews: Arrange and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience etc.
6. Assessment: Administer and evaluate any required tests or assessments for candidates.
7. Offer Letters: Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts to selected candidates.
8. Negotiations: Negotiate terms of employment, including salary and benefits, as needed.
9. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate details, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
10. Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to candidates as needed.
Job Description for Admission Counselor:
To explain admission procedures and subjects offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• To support the parents throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
• To maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
• Make daily calls to prospective leads.
• Maintain regular communication with students, parents, colleagues and external agencies for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.
• To perform school administrative and clerical activities when needed.
• Strong planning and people reading skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• English Fluency must.
